Check out this short video post on the struggles of Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Fletcher Cox, as well as some potential ways the Eagles can fix this defensive line. I look at some potential free agents, as well as some trade targets the Eagles could look into.

One of the many storylines of this season has been the struggle of this Philadelphia Eagles pass rush. And, to be more specific, the struggles of All-Pro DT Fletcher Cox. Fletcher Cox had offseason surgery on his toe from an injury he suffered against the New Orleans Saints in the playoffs. He may have returned Week 1, but he just hasn’t looked like the Fletcher Cox we all know and love.

Something Needs to Change

The Philadelphia Eagles find themselves in desperation mode, as they are currently 1-2. Now, they’re at Lambeau Field to take on the 3-0 Green Bay Packers on Thursday Night Football. Howie Roseman and the Eagles need to do whatever they can to improve this defensive line. Whether that’s in-house talent, such as giving Daeshon Hall more snaps. Or, maybe Howie needs to test the trade block to improve this defensive line.

The bottom line is, Howie and the Birds need to act fast. Or else, this season may be beyond saving early on. In fact, very early on. Let’s hope Howie Roseman can work some of his magic to improve this defensive line and get the Philadelphia Eagles back on track.
