The 76ers are back at it tonight against the mighty Brooklyn Nets at 7:00 pm EST on ESPN! These two teams are currently tied for 1st place in the Eastern Conference with 37-17 records. A win today would give either club a one-game advantage. Philadelphia and Brooklyn are 1-1 against each other this season, but the Nets have been short-handed both times.

About The Nets

The Brooklyn Nets are coming off a dominant win over the Minnesota Timberwolves 127-97. Unfortunately, Brooklyn will once again be short-handed facing the 76ers: LaMarcus Aldridge (illness), Chris Chiozza (right hand), Spencer Dinwiddie (right knee), Kevin Durant (left hamstring), Blake Griffin (left knee), James Harden (right hamstring), and Tyler Johnson (right knee) are all listed as out for tonight. Kyrie Irving who missed yesterday’s game vs. the T-Wolves (personal reasons) was not listed on the 1:30 pm EST injury report.

Projected starters: TBD

About The 76ers

The Philadelphia 76ers wrapped up a four-game road trip the other night with a win over the Dallas Mavericks 113-95. Philadelphia is entering tonight fully healthy sans George Hill (right thumb). Newly acquired PF Anthony Tolliver is listed as active tonight and could possibly make his Sixer debut. Additionally, Sixer star Ben Simmons had some words for the star-studded Nets: “They have a lot of talent, but there’s only one ball. And you have to play defense too.”

Projected starters: Simmons, Curry, Green, Harris, Embiid
