WASHINGTON FOOTBALL TEAM @ Green Bay Packers
Aaron Rodgers threw for 3 touchdowns as the Packers easily handled Washington 24-10. Rodgers finished with 274 yards on 27/35 passing while DeVante Adams hauled in six catches for 76 yards and a score. Washington outgained Green Bay 430-304, but committed two turnovers and allowed a score off of one.
Taylor Heinicke was sacked four times and threw an interception as well as fumbling twice, losing one. The Washington ground attack was effective, as they gained 195 yards on 29 total carries. The Football Team defense sacked Rodgers three times and forced a turnover of their own, but ultimately their offense failed to finish drives as they finished 0-4 in the red zone.

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES @ Las Vegas Raiders
The Eagles were dominated on both sides of the ball in a 33-22 loss on the road in Las Vegas. Raiders quarterback Derek Carr set a new career high for completion percentage at 91.1% on 31/34 passing. Carr finished with 323 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception. Meanwhile, the Raiders bottom ranked rushing attack ran for 119 yards and two scores.
Philadelphia’s offense struggled to get anything going after scoring on the opening drive. Jalen Hurts was harassed in the pocket all game, being sacked twice and hit seven times. He struggled to make passes consistently and finished with a 58.6 QBR. The Eagles’ rushing attack was basically non-existent after Miles Sanders suffered an ankle injury early in the game and did not return.

Carolina Panthers @ NEW YORK GIANTS
The Giants defense was in complete control and manhandled Sam Darnold and the Panthers offense in a 25-3 win. New York totaled six sacks, three of Darnold and three of backup P.J. Walker after Darnold was benched. Darnold was 16/25 for 111 yards and an interception before being replaced by Walker. The Carolina offense as a whole gained just 173 yards.
Daniel Jones played a clean game at QB for the Giants. Jones finished with 203 yards and a TD with no turnovers. He also added a spectacular catch on a trick play that harkened memories to Odell Beckham Jr. In total, Jones contributed 247 total yards of offense through passing, rushing and receiving. Devontae Booker led the way rushing with 14 carries for 51 yards and a score as part of 103 total yards on the ground for the Giants.
