It’s that time of the month! With some international tournaments having taken place, some players have moved up significantly and others down. This will continue on into December, as the World Junior Championship will take place at the end of the month. Some draft eligible players will likely play in this tournament and this will help their stock as well.  Here are some notable movements and observations from the past month.

1. Brad Lambert dropped from number three to number eight on my list. Keeping him in my top-ten might be a bit generous. Lambert was recently left off a U-20 Finnish team and has really struggled in his draft year. Last season, Lambert was exceptional in Finland’s top league and starred at the World Juniors. He may not make the junior team at all this season.

2. Matthew Savoie remains at number two on my list. Highly skilled, he is putting up well beyond a point-per-game. If he was a few inches taller, he would likely be ranked between 2-4 on most lists.

3. Joakim Kemmell continues his tear in the Finnish league. His 12 goals in 16 games is something to behold. He’s a likely candidate for the World Junior Championship and may break some records.

4. Jimmy Snuggerud makes the jump into my top 32. He has had an excellent start for the U.S. National Development Program this season. The big winger has showed some decent offensive upside and is a player to keep an eye on as the season progresses.
